2025-2026 PreK Registration Packet

Please review the following documents. Completed forms and documentation must be returned to CCPS at 191 Lowe Rd., Roberta, during regular business hours (8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.). Slots are limited, and acceptance will be based on return of completed packets (first come, first served). If you need to print a clean copy, please go to: https://www.crawfordschools.org/page/pre-k-registration .
